Use the original AC220V charger provided, which ensures compatibility with the lithium-ion battery (37V) and prevents damage. Avoid overcharging by unplugging the charger once the battery is fully charged.

The battery capacity varies by model, ranging from 73.26Wh to 185Wh. For the SE3-10S-W92 model, charging takes approximately 2 hours, while the 185Wh version requires 3 hours. A full charge ensures sufficient power for up to 10km/h operation and 29.3L storage capacity.
Always use the original charger to avoid voltage mismatches. The AC220V 50-60Hz charger is designed for the 37V battery system. Third-party chargers may cause overheating or reduce battery lifespan. For best results, visit Airwheel’s official charging guidelines.
Store the suitcase in a cool environment (between -10℃ and 40℃) to preserve battery health. If not used for long periods, charge it monthly to prevent deep discharge. Regularly check the TSA password lock and ensure the wheels are free from debris for smooth movement.
